Hey everyone,

im new to the community like my fourth post. I need help showing how to install custom skins on cars. I am a newb im sorry. I do not know how to use Spark IV or Open IV i would like assistance on this please? if any one could send me a link to down load it and a helpful video i would appricate it. I tried looking couldnt find any :(
